Macarthur Bulls Membership FAQs 

 

1. Why become a Macarthur FC Member? 

Macarthur Bulls Members are passionate and full of heart. By becoming a Member, you are showing your support for the Bulls. From cheering on the team for 90 minutes each week to helping our Macarthur Bulls community programs and grassroot football development, every Member plays their role. 

 

2. What is included in a Family Membership? 

A Family Membership includes 2 Adults and 2 Juniors (aged 4–15 years). 

  • A Junior must be 15 years or under as of 1st September 2024 for the 2024/25 season. 

  • Children 3 years and under as of 1st September 2024 can enter for free but must sit on a parent/guardian’s lap. 

     

3. Who qualifies for a Concession or Junior Membership? 

  • Concession: Available to holders of a valid Seniors Card, Pensioner Card, or Full-Time Student ID. 

  • Junior: Must be 15 years or under as of 1st September 2024. 

     

4. When will I receive my membership pass? 

  • Digital Membership Pass: You should receive your digital pass within one week of signing up, this will be sent to the email address you registered with. If you haven’t received it before a game, please contact memberships@macarthurfc.com.au. 

  • Physical Membership Card: These are ready within 1–2 weeks of purchase and must be collected from the Membership Box at home games. Visit the Membership Box on matchday to check if yours is ready for pickup. 

     

5. Can my Membership automatically renew each year? 

Yes. Members are encouraged to be on the Automatic Annual Renewal Program. To guarantee your same seat each year, Members will need to be on Annual Renewal. For more information view the Membership Terms and Conditions here. 

 

6. Can I pay for my Membership in instalments? 

Yes! Memberships can be paid in 8 equal instalments: 

  • First payment: Charged at purchase 

  • Remaining payments: 1st of each month (September 2024 – March 2025) 

  • A $0.63 transaction fee applies per instalment. 

If you join after an instalment period has passed, you must pay the missed instalments upfront. 

 

7. Can I choose my seat? 

  • Returning Reserved Seat Members on annual renewal keep their same seat. 

  • If you’re a new Reserved Seat Member, you can submit a seating request at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate it. 

     

8. Can I sit with friends or family if we buy memberships separately? 

Yes! During checkout, provide the details of other Members you'd like to sit with, and we’ll do our best to allocate seats together. 

 

9. What happens if I can’t attend a game? Can I transfer my ticket? 

No. Macarthur FC Memberships are non-transferable. 

 

10. What if I lose my Membership card? 

Contact the Membership Team at 1800 462 855 or membership@macarthurfc.com.au to request a replacement. A replacement fee applies. 

 

11. When will I receive my Membership Pack? 

Membership packs will begin shipping from early to mid-October. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your pack has been dispatched. 

  • Important: Make sure your postal address is up to date. If your pack is returned or delivered incorrectly, you may need to pay a replacement fee.

     

12. How do Flexi 3 & Flexi 6 Members select their games? 

Flexi 3 & Flexi 6 Members can scan their Membership Card at the gate and sit in General Admission. 

  • Note: Flexi Memberships do not include access to home derby matches against Western Sydney Wanderers or Sydney FC. 

     

13. What if I forget to bring my Membership card to a game? 

Visit the Membership Team at Box Office A/B (Western side of the stadium) for assistance. A re-print fee may apply. 

 

14. Can I upgrade my Membership during the season? 

Yes! Contact the Membership Team at 1800 462 855 or membership@macarthurfc.com.au to discuss your upgrade options. 

 

15. Is public transport included in my Membership? 

No, public transport is not included in Memberships or match tickets. 

 

16. Is parking available at Campbelltown Sports Stadium? 

Yes! There are 1,040 free commuter car spaces at Leumeah Station (access via Airds Road & Plough Inn Road). The stadium is a short walk via the Leumeah Railway Station pedestrian link.
