Macarthur FC Membership – Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why should I become a Bulls Member?
Macarthur FC Members are the heart and soul of our club. By becoming a Member, you’re showing your passion and support - not just for our players on match day, but for the entire Bulls community. Your membership helps grow grassroots football and supports our local programs across the Macarthur region.

 

2. When can I buy a 2025/26 Bulls Membership?
Memberships for the 2025/26 season go on sale Monday 5 August 2025.

3. What is a Junior Herd Membership and what’s included?
The Junior Herd is a free membership for kids aged under 14. It includes:

  • A free digital Junior Herd Membership Card

  • Free access to all Bulls home games (GA section)

  • Exclusive junior-only content, activities, giveaways and more

As of 5 August, you can upgrade to a Junior Herd Premium Pack for $65, which includes a Bulls hat, lanyard, sticker sheet, notebook and other goodies.

 

Please note, once you sign up for the Junior Herd Membership, you won't get a confirmation email instantly - these can take up to a week to come through. If you log onto your Membership Portal, you can check if you have correctly signed up to the Junior Herd.

 

4. What’s included in a Family Membership?
A Family Membership includes 2 Adults + 2 Juniors (aged 4–15).
Children aged 3 and under are free but must sit on a parent’s lap (no separate seat).

 

5. When will I receive my Membership card and pack?
All Members receive a digital pass via email before the season begins.
Physical packs (which include membership cards) are mailed before the first game of the 2025/26 season.

Junior Herd (free) Members receive a physical and digital card only - received before season starts.

Make sure your postal address is correct in the Membership Portal. We are not responsible for incorrect details and a fee will apply for redelivery.
You’ll receive a tracking email when your pack is dispatched. If you haven’t received your card or pack before the first game, contact us at membership@macarthurfc.com.au or 1800 462 855.

 

6. I was a 2024/25 Member. How do I renew my Membership?
Auto-renewals took place on 16 July for those with it turned ON - you should have received a confirmation email.
If you opted out, you need to renew manually before 5 August to receive discounted pricing.

Renew after 5 August and you’ll be charged new member pricing.

7. I can’t see new member pricing on the website?
New memberships will be available to purchase from 5 August.

8. What’s included in the 2025/26 Membership Packs?
Inclusions vary based on your Membership type.

Premium packs are more expensive but include more exclusive items.

 

9. Can my Membership automatically renew each year?
Yes. You can turn auto-renew on or off in the Membership Portal.

 

10. How do I access the Membership Portal?

Access Here: https://membership.macarthurfc.com.au/ 
Please use a computer or laptop - the portal may not work on mobile.

In the portal, you can:

  • Update your address or contact info

  • View your Membership details

  • Update payment info

  • Enable or disable auto-renew

 

11. Can I pay for my Membership in instalments?
Yes. Memberships can be paid in 8 equal instalments:

  • First payment at time of purchase

  • Remaining payments on the 1st of each month (September 2024 – March 2025)

  • A $0.63 transaction fee applies per instalment

If you join after an instalment period, you must pay any missed instalments upfront.

 

12. I’m a renewing Member. When will my payment be taken?

  • Monthly instalments: First payment taken 1 August, then monthly

  • Upfront payment: Full amount charged on 1 August

13. My invoice shows the wrong amount - what should I do?
Some renewing Members on monthly instalments were incorrectly invoiced new member prices.
Please ignore those invoices - no payment has been taken.

We’ve corrected the error and you will be charged the correct renewal price.

14. Can I choose my seat?
Returning Reserved Seat Members keep their same seat.
New Reserved Seat Members can request a seat at checkout - we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 

15. Can I sit with friends or family if we purchased separately?
Yes. Include their names in the seating request field at checkout or contact us, and we’ll do our best to seat you together.

 

16. What if I can’t attend a game - can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferable.

 

17. What if I lose my Membership card?
Your digital Membership pass (sent by email) can be added to your phone wallet.

If you require a replacement physical card, contact us. A replacement fee applies.

 

18. How do Flexi 3 & Flexi 6 Members use their passes?
Simply scan your Membership Card at the gate and sit in the General Admission section.

Note: Flexi Memberships do not include access to home derby matches vs Western Sydney Wanderers or Sydney FC.

 

19. What if I forget my Membership card on match day?
Use your digital pass from your email, or visit the Membership Team at Box Office A/B (western side of the stadium). A reprint fee may apply.

 

20. Can I upgrade my Membership during the season?
Yes. Contact the Membership Team on 1800 462 855 or membership@macarthurfc.com.au 

If you’re a renewing Member and want to upgrade for the 2025/26 season, you must notify us by 12 August 2025 to receive your pack and pass before Round 1. Additional upgrade windows will be available during the season.

 

21. Is public transport included in my Membership?
No. Public transport is not included with Memberships or match tickets.

 

22. Is there parking available at Campbelltown Sports Stadium?
Yes. There are 1,040 free commuter car spaces at Leumeah Station (access via Airds Road and Plough Inn Road). The stadium is a short walk via the Leumeah pedestrian overpass.
