Why become a Macarthur FC Member?

Macarthur FC members are passionate and full of heart. By becoming a Macarthur FC Member, you are showing your support for the local area. From cheering on the team for 90 minutes each week to helping our Macarthur FC community programs and grassroot football development, every Member plays their role.

What is a Family Membership?

A Family Membership comprises of 2 adults and 2 juniors (aged 4 – 15 years).

A Junior must be 15 years and under as of 1/09/2020 for the 2020/2021 Membership year.

Children three years and under as of 1/09/2020 are admitted free of charge to Macarthur FC home matches when not taking up a seat for the 2020/2021 Membership year.

Who is classified as a Concession or a Junior?

To be eligible for a Concession Membership you must hold a current Seniors card, Pensioners Card or Full Time Student Card.

A Junior must be 15 years of age and under as at 1/09/2020 for the 2020/2021 Membership year.

Can my Membership automatically renew every year?

Yes. Members are encouraged to be on the Rolling Bull Automatic Payment Program.

To guarantee your reserved same seat each year, members will need to be a Rolling Bull Member.

Can I pay my Membership over instalments?

Members have the option to pay their Membership cost across 8 equal instalments.

If you purchase a Membership after an instalment period, you will be required to pay the previous instalment/s missed initially to process the Membership.

The payment schedule is as follows:

  • Instalment 1: Charged on purchase
  • Instalment 2: October 1st 2020
  • Instalment 3: November 1st 2020
  • Instalment 4: December 1st 2020
  • Instalment 5: January 1st 2021
  • Instalment 6: February 1st 2021
  • Instalment 7: March 1st 2021
  • Instalment 8: April 1st 2021

Can I pick where I sit?

In the checkout process, Members will have the opportunity to provide a specific seating request.

We will endeavour to allocate your seating based on your seating request however, this is not guaranteed.

Can I sit with someone if we do not purchase the Membership together?

In the checkout process, Members are encouraged to provide the details of other Members who you would like your seating allocated with.

What happens if I cannot go to a game, can someone go in my place?

No. Our Memberships are non-transferable in all categories.

What happens if I lose my card?

Members who require a replacement Membership card, should contact the Membership Team on 1800 462 855 or to arrange a new card to be sent. Members will be charged a replacement fee.

When will I receive my membership pack?

Your Membership package will be dispatched within 5 business days following purchase.*

Members will receive an email once their Membership pack has been dispatched for tracking.

It is Members responsibility to ensure their postal details are accurate at time of shipping. If the Membership Pack is returned to sender or delivered to the incorrect address, the Member will be charged a replacement fee.

Membership Packs for the 2020/21 Season include:

  • Flag (Junior Members Only)

Members who hold a 2020/21 Full Season Membership will also receive a $20 Merchandise voucher to use at our Macarthur FC Experience Store located at Macarthur Square.

What if I forget to bring my card to the game?

If you forget to bring your Membership card to the game, please visit our Membership Team located at Box Office A/B on the Western side of the stadium. A re-print fee may apply.

Can I upgrade my Membership throughout the season?

Do I get free public transport to games?

No, public transport is not included in Memberships or tickets.

Can I get parking at Campbelltown Sports Stadium?

There are 1,040 Commuter car spaces available at Leumeah Station, accessed via Airds Road and Plough Inn Road, Leumeah. The Stadium is then accessed via the Leumeah Railway Station pedestrian link.

How do I pick my games as a Flexi 3/6 Member?

Flexi 3 or 6 Members can simply scan their Membership Card at the gate for entry and proceed to pick a seat in Bay 16 or 17 on arrival. If capacity is reached in Bay 16 or 17 Members will be directed to General Admission.

Flexi Members are reminded they do not receive access to derby matches between Macarthur FC and Western Sydney Wanderers or Sydney FC.
