Macarthur FC Membership – Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why should I become a Bulls Member?
Macarthur FC Members are the heart of our Herd.

By becoming a Member, you’re not just backing the Bulls on match day, you’re helping Make Them Hear Us across South West Sydney and beyond.

Your support helps grow the game at every level, strengthens our local community programs and builds the future of football across the Macarthur region.

2. When can I buy a 2026/27 Bulls Membership?
Memberships for the 2026/27 will be on sale in the coming months.

3. What is a Junior Herd Membership and what’s included?
The Junior Herd is a free membership for kids aged under 14. It includes:

  • A free Digital Junior Herd Membership Card

  • Free access to all Bulls home games (GA section)

  • Option to purchase a Physical card to collect at the match.

  • Exclusive junior-only content, activities, giveaways and more

 

4. What’s included in a Family Membership?
A Family Membership includes 2 Adults + 2 Juniors (aged 4–15).

Additional junior Memberships may be purchased separately
Children aged 3 and under are free but cannot occupy a seat.

 

5. When will I receive my Membership card and pack?
All Members will receive a digital pass via email before the season begins.
Physical packs (which include membership cards) are mailed from Septmber 2026

Junior Herd Members receive a digital card only sent to the email address used to register the Membership

Make sure your postal address is correct in the Membership Portal. We are not responsible for incorrect details and a fee will apply for redelivery.
You’ll receive a tracking email when your pack is dispatched. If you haven’t received your card or pack before the first game, contact us at membership@macarthurfc.com.au or 1800 462 855.

 

6. I was a 2025/26 Member. How do I renew my Membership?
Auto-renewals will take place on 1 July for those with it turned ON - a confirmation email will be sent once your Membership is successfully processed.
If you opted out, you will need to renew manually prior to 14 August to receive your discounted pricing.

Renew after 14 August and you’ll be charged new member pricing.
Pricing will be updated on the website in the coming months.

 

7. I can’t see new member pricing on the website?
New memberships will be available to purchase from 17 August 2026

 

8. What’s included in the 2026/27 Membership Packs?

 

9. Can my Membership automatically renew each year?
Yes. You can turn auto-renew on or off via logging into the Membership Portal and selecting the auto-renew toggle.

 

10. How do I access the Membership Portal?

Access Here: https://membership.macarthurfc.com.au/ 
Please use a computer or laptop - the portal may not work on mobile.

In the portal, you can:

  • Update your address or contact info

  • View your Membership details

  • Update payment info

  • Enable or disable auto-renew

 

11. Can I pay for my Membership in instalments?
Yes. Memberships can be paid in 8 equal instalments:

  • First payment at time of purchase

  • Remaining payments on the 1st of each month (August 2026 – February 2027)

  • A transaction fee applies per instalment

If you join after an instalment period, you must pay any missed instalments upfront.

 

12. I’m a renewing Member. When will my payment be taken?

  • Monthly instalments: First payment taken 1 August, then monthly until February 2027

  • Upfront payment: Full amount charged on 15 July.

13. Can I choose my seat?
Returning Reserved Seat Members will be allocated their same seat.  If you would like to move your seat please contact the Club
New Reserved Seat Members can request a seat at checkout - we’ll do our best to accommodate your requested location.

 

14. Can I sit with friends or family if we purchased separately?
Yes. Include their names in the seating request field at checkout or contact us, and we’ll do our best to seat you together.

 

15. What if I can’t attend a game - can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferable.

 

16. What if I lose my Membership card?
Your digital Membership pass (sent by email) can be added to your phone wallet.

If you require a replacement physical card, contact us. A replacement fee will apply.

 

17. How do Flexi 3 & Flexi 6 Members use their passes?
No barcode will be issued on your Membership pass.

To redeem your tickets, please log into the Ticketek portal and enter your Membership number into the password field on the landing page of your selected match.

Please note: matches against Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanderers are not included as part of Flexi Memberships.

 

18. What if I forget my Membership card on match day?
Use your digital pass from your email, or visit the Membership Team at Box Office A/B (western side of the stadium). A reprint fee may apply.

 

19. Can I upgrade my Membership during the season?
Yes. Contact the Membership Team on 1800 462 855 or membership@macarthurfc.com.au 

If you’re a renewing Member and want to upgrade for the 2026/27 season, you must notify us by 14 August 2026 to receive your pack and pass before Round 1. Additional upgrade windows will be available during the season.

 

20. Is public transport included in my Membership?
No. Public transport is not included with Memberships or match tickets.

 

21. Is there parking available at Campbelltown Sports Stadium?
Yes. There are 1,040 free commuter car spaces at Leumeah Station (access via Airds Road and Plough Inn Road). First in best dressed. 
The stadium is a short walk via the Leumeah pedestrian overpass.
